Product support
Something broken, confusing, or not working the way you expected. Include your device model and OS version if you can — it roughly halves the time to a fix.
Report a problemSupport at Espyeon is answered by the people who build the software. There is no ticket maze and no chatbot in front of us. Everything goes to Contact@espyeon.com — the cards below just tell you what to put in it.

We aim to answer every email within 1–2 business days. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a US public holiday are picked up the next working day. If a week has gone by with no reply, resend — occasionally a message is caught by a spam filter, and we would rather hear from you twice than not at all.
Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. The three details that help most are your device model, your OS version, and the app version from the app's settings screen. A screenshot or screen recording is worth several paragraphs.
This website has no accounts and stores nothing about you. Where one of our applications offers an account, you can delete it from inside the app, or email Contact@espyeon.com and we will do it for you at no charge. Deletion is permanent: your data leaves our production systems within 30 days and our encrypted backups within 30 days of that. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy has the full retention schedule.
No. We do not embed third-party advertising networks or cross-app tracking identifiers in our applications, and we do not sell or share personal information for behavioural advertising. What each app does collect is listed in its App Store privacy label, its Play Data safety section, and our Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions made inside an app are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, so refunds are handled under their policies — Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through the Play Store order history. We cannot issue a refund for a transaction we never received, but tell us what went wrong anyway, because a refund request is usually a bug report in disguise.
Please report it privately to Contact@espyeon.com before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to ship a fix. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We do not pursue legal action against researchers who investigate in good faith, avoid privacy violations and service degradation, and do not access or modify data belonging to other people.
Yes, and we want to hear it. Our apps are built to support dynamic type, sufficient contrast, sensible focus order, VoiceOver and TalkBack. If any of that fails for you, email support with the screen and the assistive technology you are using and we will treat it as a defect, not a feature request.
As a rule we support the current major release of iOS and Android plus the one before it, which is where the overwhelming majority of active devices sit. The exact minimum for a given app is stated on its store listing.
Write to Contact@espyeon.com and describe the problem in your own words. You will get a human.
