Delete your GetMine account

1. Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open GetMine and tap the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

2. Delete by email

If you can’t use the app, email contact@espyeon.com from the email address on your GetMine account, with the subject “Delete my GetMine account.” If you signed in with Apple and chose “Hide My Email,” send it from that relay address or include it in your message (you can find it in your Apple Account settings under Sign in with Apple). We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Your profile, contact details, and payout preferences
• Your matching answers (states, brands, and experiences)
• Your saved claim details and claim history
• Documents you uploaded
• Notification tokens and your GetMine subscription record

4. What is not deleted

• Backups: copies in our service providers’ backups are removed within 30 days.
• Legal records: information the law requires us to keep, or that we need to resolve disputes or prevent fraud.
• Your subscription: deleting your account does not cancel GetMine Pro. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
• Claims you filed: we cannot delete information you submitted to a settlement administrator. Contact that administrator directly.
