1. Deleting one child's profile

1. Open Kids Learn to Earn and go to the Parent Dashboard.
2. Pass the parental gate and enter your parental passcode.
3. Choose the child, then Delete profile, and confirm.

That child’s profile, quiz history and reward history are deleted. Your account and your other children’s profiles are not affected.

2. Deleting your whole account

1. Open the Parent Dashboard and enter your passcode.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.

This deletes your parent account and every child profile in it. It is permanent and cannot be undone.

3. Stopping collection without deleting the account

You have the right to refuse any further collection or use of your child’s information. Doing so means withdrawing consent for that child, and because the app cannot run a child’s profile without it, that child’s profile is deleted. Email Contact@espyeon.com or delete the profile as above.

4. If you cannot get into the app

Email Contact@espyeon.com from the address on your account, saying whether you want one child’s profile deleted or the whole account. Because this concerns a child’s information, we first confirm the request comes from the parent on the account — normally by asking you to reply from that address. We complete it within 30 days, at no charge, and confirm when it is done.

5. What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: the child’s name or nickname, grade, avatar, quiz answers and scores, reward history, restriction settings and linked-device records — and, if you delete the whole account, your email address, password and settings too.

Kept, and why:

• A record that you gave consent — your email address, the date and the method, with nothing about your child — for three years, because we must be able to show consent was obtained.
• Server and diagnostic logs — until they expire, within 90 days.

Purchase records are held by Apple or Google, not by us, under their own policies.

6. How long it takes

• Immediately — the profile or account stops working, and its rules stop being enforced.
• Within 30 days — the information is erased from our live systems.
• Within a further 30 days — it ages out of encrypted backups, which we never use to restore an individual family’s data.

7. Removing the restrictions and the app from a device

Deleting a profile or account stops its rules. A device that is offline at the time stops enforcing them when it next connects. To remove Kids Learn to Earn from a device completely:

• iPhone and iPad — delete the app as normal. Because it was authorised through Family Sharing, the device may ask for the parent’s or guardian’s approval. When the app is removed, the restrictions it applied are removed with it.
• Android — follow Settings → Remove from this device in the Parent Dashboard, which turns off the permissions Kids Learn to Earn uses, then uninstall it as normal.
