Bloodwork over time
Every panel you record becomes a point on a line rather than a PDF you never open again. Markers are charted individually so you can see direction, not just the latest value.
AI-assisted health tracking
HealthTrajectory brings your bloodwork, health history, lifestyle and diet into one place, tracks how they move over time, and explains what the trend means in plain language. Enter information yourself, or connect authorised records from your provider through Epic’s SMART on FHIR integration.
HealthTrajectory is an educational tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing it shows you is medical advice. AI-generated insights can be incomplete or wrong. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health, and if you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately — do not use this app.
Your health information is scattered. Bloodwork sits in a portal you log into twice a year, your history lives across however many practices you have visited, and the day-to-day things that actually move those numbers — what you eat, how you sleep, how much you move — are not written down anywhere at all. Any single result is a dot. The useful information is the line through the dots, and almost nobody gets to see it.
HealthTrajectory assembles that line. It holds your results over time, charts how each marker is moving, and puts the movement in context against the lifestyle and diet information you log alongside it.
Two ways, and you choose. You can type everything in yourself — bloodwork values off a lab report, conditions, medications, habits. Or, where your provider supports it, you can authorise a direct connection to your electronic health record through Epic’s SMART on FHIR integration, which pulls your records across an encrypted, standards-based channel using OAuth 2.0.
That connection is yours to make and yours to break. You authorise it explicitly, you can see what it covers, and you can disconnect it at any time from inside the app without losing the rest of your account.
It explains. Given a trend — a marker drifting upward over four draws, say — it tells you what that marker is, what tends to influence it, what questions are worth raising with your clinician, and what general lifestyle factors are associated with it in the literature.
It does not diagnose you. It does not tell you to start, stop or change a medication. It is not a second opinion, and it is not a clinician. Where it flags an area as worth attention, that is a prompt to have a conversation with a professional, not a finding. AI systems also get things wrong, so every insight is presented as something to check rather than something to act on. The Terms & Conditions set out these limits in full, and they are binding.
HealthTrajectory handles some of the most sensitive information a person has, so it is engineered to that standard: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, OAuth 2.0 and SMART on FHIR for authorisation, role-based internal access limited to what the platform needs to function, and audit logging across authentication events and record access. The Data Security & HIPAA Framework document explains the regulatory posture and the architecture in detail.

Conditions, procedures, medications and family history held in one structured place, so the picture does not have to be reassembled from memory at every appointment.
Sleep, movement, and what you actually eat, recorded alongside the clinical numbers — because those are the inputs most likely to explain what the numbers are doing.
AI-assisted explanations of what a marker is, what tends to move it, and what is worth raising with a clinician. Written to be understood, and framed as education rather than instruction.
Where a trend is heading somewhere that usually warrants a conversation, the app says so — as a prompt to ask a professional, never as a diagnosis or a finding.
